Our adult program is designed to accommodate all skill levels. We teach our students with respect and positivity, helping them gain self-confidence, physical strength, and relief from stress. We welcome men and women of all ages to join our classes–everyone can benefit from martial arts training! Students will develop not only physical strength, endurance, and flexibility, but self-discipline and mind-body balance. The techniques we cover include punches, kicks, stances, sparring, and self-defense.

Women Morning

Designed to empower women, our innovative women's only martial-arts program teaches the basics of Taekwondo, including practical urban self-defense, sparring, and much more.

The program incorporates training methods to build women’s fighting spirit and trains them how to respond both mentally and physically in a time of need. This eliminates the danger of “freezing” or “shutting down” in confrontations.
